Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Notes on Use and Installation
Bearing Units are used in conjunction with a carriage plate for constructing the sliding carriages.
Bearing Units e (eccentric) and c (centric) differ in the geometry of the bolts.
The eccentric bolts can be adjusted subsequently so as to ensure that the guide unit is free from play. Bearing Units should therefore always be used in pairs in both centric and eccentric versions.
The Bearing Units must always be equipped with End Cap and Lubricating Systems in order to prevent premature wear.
If there are undefined loads on the guide unit such as impact loads that could cause movement in the Bearing Units, the Bearing Units will need to be reinforced. You can do this by drilling and pinning (a) the Units in the positions indicated or the areas shown in dark grey.
